Safeguarding

Safeguarding & Welfare at Longfield Tigers FC

At Longfield Tigers FC, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our top priority. We are committed to creating a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where young players can enjoy football, grow in confidence, and thrive – both on and off the pitch.
As a grassroots community club, we fully endorse and follow The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policy and Procedures. We believe that everyone involved in the club—whether player, coach, volunteer, or parent—has a responsibility to ensure that football is a safe and positive experience for all.
