Longfield Tigers U9s put in a fantastic performance in the Challenge Cup Final against a strong Riverview U9 side in what proved to be an excellent game of grassroots football at Ifield School.
The match was fiercely contested from start to finish, with both teams showing great determination, quality, and teamwork throughout. It was an evenly matched encounter where the result could genuinely have gone either way, with both sides giving absolutely everything on the pitch.
The Tigers squad worked tirelessly for one another, showing brilliant spirit, effort, and resilience in such a big occasion. Every player played their part.

A special congratulations goes to Charlie Foreman, who was awarded Man of the Match and presented with the match ball following an outstanding performance at the heart of the Tigers defence.
The club are incredibly proud of all the players, coaches, and families involved. Finals like these are what grassroots football is all about – teamwork, effort, enjoyment, and making lasting memories.
