Welcoming Our New Club Welfare Officer – Claire Keast

Longfield Tigers FC are pleased to officially welcome Claire Keast as our new Club Welfare Officer.

Claire takes on this incredibly important role as part of the club’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that Longfield Tigers remains a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all players, families, coaches, and volunteers. Safeguarding and player wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do as a grassroots club, and we’re delighted to have Claire joining the committee in this position.

As Club Welfare Officer, Claire will help oversee safeguarding within the club, support players and families where needed, and continue to promote the positive and welcoming environment that Longfield Tigers is proud to offer.

As Claire steps into the role, we would also like to take this opportunity to once again say a heartfelt thank you to Pauline Vosper, who has given so many years of care, time, and dedication to Longfield Tigers FC as Club Welfare Officer.

Alongside her late husband Mike, Pauline has been an enormous part of the club for many years and has supported countless players, parents, and coaches throughout that time. Her kindness, compassion, and commitment to the wellbeing of everyone involved with the Tigers has left a lasting impact on the club and wider community.

Pauline’s contribution to Longfield Tigers goes far beyond the role itself, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for the club over the years. 💚
